Standard delivery to the United States is included in our product prices. Available delivery options are shown at checkout.
Where your order ships from
Emberly is operated by Neatky LLC, a US company. Our current collection is fulfilled through suppliers in China and shipped internationally to the United States. Our Wyoming business address is not a dispatch warehouse or a customer return centre.
Processing and transit estimates
Delivery has two stages: preparing your order, then transport after dispatch. The estimates below reflect the supplier services selected for our current collection.

These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates or maximum delivery times. Some orders take longer. Availability, customs checks, public holidays and carrier delays may extend either stage. We do not offer a guaranteed delivery date.
Check your product page for model-specific information. If you need an item by a particular date, email us before ordering so we can check the current estimate for your item and destination.
Tracking
When your order is dispatched, we will provide the available tracking details. The first carrier update may appear after the tracking number has been created.
Delivery questions
If the estimated window has passed, tracking has stopped updating, a parcel is marked delivered but cannot be found, or an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us at contact@emberlywatch.com with your order number. For damage or an incorrect item, include photos of the item and packaging. Emberly will review the shipment and help resolve the issue.
Refund requests are covered by our refund policy. Eligible refunds under our current policy do not require a return shipment.
