1. Who we are

Emberly is operated by Neatky LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. Throughout these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Neatky LLC. You can contact us at contact@emberlywatch.com.

By visiting this site or placing an order, you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

2. Orders and acceptance

An order becomes a contract when we send you an order confirmation by email. Until then, we may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, if a price was displayed in error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, you are refunded in full.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in the currency selected for your market. US orders are shown in USD and include complimentary standard US delivery. Prices may change at any time, but a change never applies to an order already confirmed.

Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify Payments and the methods shown at checkout. We never see or store your card number.

4. Product descriptions and images

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours may render differently from one screen to another, and manufacturers occasionally revise packaging or accessories without notice. If what you receive does not match what was described, our refund policy applies. Under the current policy, eligible refunds do not require a return shipment, and Emberly covers the cost of this arrangement.

5. Safe use of electrical appliances

Our powered watch winders are electrical products. Use them indoors, on a stable surface, away from water, and never cover them while in use. Follow the instruction manual supplied with your model, including its power supply requirements. They are not toys — keep packaging and cords away from young children.

6. Delivery and refunds

Delivery times and destinations are set out in our Shipping Policy. Cancellations and refunds, including the current no-return arrangement, are set out in our Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

7. Our liability

We are liable for delivering the product you ordered, in working condition, within the terms above. We are not liable for damage caused by misuse or by modification of a product. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the consumer law of your country, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 for UK customers.

8. Personal information

Your personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page on the day you place your order.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live.

For refund requests, contact us using the details above. For orders placed while our current Refund Policy applies, eligible refunds do not require a return shipment. Emberly covers the cost of this arrangement. Our business address is not a customer return centre.
