1-Year Limited Warranty
Every watch winder, watch box, travel case and watch-care accessory purchased directly from Emberly for delivery in the United States comes with a one-year limited warranty from Neatky LLC, doing business as Emberly.
What is covered
We cover defects in materials or workmanship that arise during normal use for one year from the date your product is delivered. Use your product in accordance with the instructions supplied with it.
This is a warranty provided by Emberly. It does not depend on a separate manufacturer's warranty.
How we resolve a covered defect
Our support team reviews each claim using the information you provide and will tell you if further information is needed. Once we confirm that a defect is covered, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days after approval. The refund is the price you actually paid for the affected product, taking discounts into account, plus applicable tax collected on that product.
Your bank or card issuer may take a further 5–10 business days to post the refund. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US public holidays.
If you prefer a replacement, we can agree one with you when a suitable product is available. An agreed replacement is provided at our expense. We will not substitute a different model or finish without your agreement.
How to make a claim
- Email contact@emberlywatch.com with a description of the problem and your order number, receipt or another reasonable proof of purchase.
- We may request reasonable photos or further information to help assess the issue. If you cannot provide a requested photo, let us know so we can discuss another way to assess your claim.
- We will review the information, confirm whether the issue is covered, and arrange the refund or an agreed replacement. Claims are assessed remotely. Please do not send products to us or to a supplier.
You do not need to register your product or keep its original packaging to use this warranty.
What is not covered
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, or damage caused by an accident, misuse or failure to follow the product's operating instructions. These exclusions apply only to the damage caused by those circumstances; they do not remove coverage for an unrelated defect in materials or workmanship.
Using a third-party repair service or replacement part does not automatically void this warranty. We may exclude damage caused by that service or part, but unrelated covered defects remain covered.
Watches, jewelry and other objects shown for illustration are not included with our watch-care products and are not themselves products covered by this warranty.
Your rights and earlier orders
This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary from state to state. It does not exclude, restrict or shorten any implied warranties or other rights you have under applicable law.
The terms provided when you placed your order remain applicable to that purchase. This update does not reduce any warranty or refund rights already promised for an earlier order. Contact us with your order number so we can honor the terms that apply to your purchase.
This warranty covers product defects and is separate from our refund policy. It does not replace any rights available to you under that policy or applicable law.
